What Our Customers Say
Real feedback from people who put our all-natural soap on their shelves and in their showers.
Bar Soap
Our bar soaps are made using the traditional cold-process method and blends of premium plant oils—sunflower, coconut, and sustainably sourced palm—along with pure essential oils, organic herbs, and plant extracts. Every bar is beautifully scented, produces a rich lather, and retains all of its natural glycerin, leaving skin soft and hydrated.
We offer two sizes: hotel-size bars available in six blends (boxed in sets of 100), and 4 oz bars available in 18 scents (boxed in sets of 10). Gentle enough for sensitive skin, kids, and babies, our wholesale bar soaps are an ideal choice for businesses that want consistent quality and appealing variety.
Liquid Castile Soap
Our liquid castile soap is available in five scents plus an unscented option. Offered in convenient 1-gallon jugs and 5-gallon containers, it is crafted with premium plant oils and contains no animal fats, preservatives, or harsh chemicals.
Made with 81% organic ingredients, our castile soap is USDA-certified organic, fully biodegradable, and suitable for skin, hair, or general all-purpose use. It is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and sourced only from trusted suppliers. Choosing our natural soap wholesale program ensures you receive high-quality castile soap that your customers can rely on.
Foaming Liquid Soap
Our foaming liquid soap, available in three scents plus unscented, is sold in 1-gallon jugs and 5-gallon containers. Like our other products, it is made with premium plant oils, without preservatives, harsh chemicals, or artificial fragrances.
Naturally scented with essential oils and plant extracts, this soap is formulated to leave skin clean, soft, and moisturized. With natural soap wholesale ordering, you can supply customers with foaming soaps that combine convenience with gentle care.
Body Wash
Our shea butter body wash is available unscented or in two beautifully scented varieties. Packaged in 1-gallon jugs and 5-gallon containers, it delivers a rich, luxurious lather with excellent cleansing properties. The inclusion of organic shea butter gives this body wash a creamy texture that nourishes skin and makes every shower feel like a spa experience.
The sulfate-free, hypoallergenic formula contains vegetable glycerin, making it suitable for all skin types. Gentle yet effective, it washes away dirt, oil, and bacteria without stripping moisture. Perfect for daily use, it leaves skin refreshed, soft, and healthy.
Shampoo Bars
Botanie’s shampoo bars are available in three scents and packaged as 3-oz discs in boxes of 10. Scientifically formulated and pH-balanced, they are especially good for sensitive skin. Free of sulfates, silicones, parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrances, and dyes, they use mild, plant-derived cleansers such as Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate and Coco Glucoside.
Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and nourishing ingredients, these shampoo bars leave hair clean, hydrated, and healthy. They are also long-lasting—a single bar can replace 2–3 bottles of liquid shampoo—making them an eco-friendly choice for your customers.

Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your order ships and how returns work.
Shipping
Most domestic orders ship via ground services (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). Depending on your location, ground delivery usually takes about 7 business days, plus weekends.
Ground delivery runs Monday through Friday to commercial addresses and Tuesday through Saturday to residential addresses (Saturday delivery isn't available everywhere), holidays excepted. Express delivery runs Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.
When your order ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number(s). For residential delivery, a signature isn't always required and packages may be left if no one is home, so please track your order and plan to receive it. Don't have your tracking number? Contact us and we'll gladly provide it.
Please note: Botanie isn't responsible for missing or unreceived packages.
Returns & Refunds
You'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to make a return, so please contact us first with your reason for returning. We can't issue refunds for items sent back without an RMA.
Undamaged bars can be returned in their original packaging (please don't mix the soaps around) for a refund of the original purchase price, as long as the return ships within 14 days of when you received your order.
Arrived damaged? Those are eligible for a free replacement. Email photos of the damage, plus the outer box if it's damaged too, to support@botaniesoap.com.
A $20 restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your refund. We can't refund original shipping and handling or the cost of return shipping.
Final sale: items from the Specials page, sample packages, test batches, and made-to-order soap can't be returned or refunded.
Policies apply to online shop orders and are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Questions? Email support@botaniesoap.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our all-natural soaps before you order.
Are Botanie soaps really all-natural?
Yes. Ours are true soaps, made by saponifying whole plant-based oils (sunflower, coconut, and palm) rather than isolated fatty acids or detergents. We use certified organic oils in our bar and liquid soap bases, scent only with pure essential oils, and color only with natural ingredients like clays, charcoal, and botanicals. No synthetic fragrances, dyes, or preservatives.
What's actually in the soap?
Every bar starts with saponified oils of sunflower, coconut, and palm, with the naturally occurring glycerin left in for moisture, plus rosemary extract as a natural antioxidant. Scents come from essential oils and colors from natural minerals and botanicals. Full ingredient lists for each blend are on our Ingredients page.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Botanie is Leaping Bunny certified, so every product is cruelty-free. All of our soaps are plant-based and vegan with one exception: our Shea Honey Oatmeal bar, which contains honey.
Can I use these on sensitive skin?
For most people, yes. Skin sensitivities are usually triggered by the synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives in conventional soap, and ours have none of that. Many customers with sensitive skin do well with our herbal scented bars, and for the most cautious we recommend the Unscented / Sensitive Skin bar.
How is this different from the soap at the store?
Mass-market bars are often made from tallow, stripped of their glycerin, then rebuilt with detergents and synthetic fragrance. We balance whole oils to keep the natural glycerin and add moisturizing superfats, so the bar cleans thoroughly without drying out your skin.
Is the palm oil sustainably sourced?
Yes. Our organic palm oil supplier carries full RSPO-IP traceability, the highest standard of transparency for sustainably produced palm oil.
Do you offer samples?
We do. Our sample set lets you try bar soap and liquid soap, and includes a soap box, so you can feel the quality before placing a full order.
How should I store the soap so it lasts?
Keep bars in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight, and between uses set them on a well-draining dish so they can fully dry out. Cared for this way, a natural bar lasts a long time. For best scent and lather, we recommend using within a year or two.
